As Project Manager, IRATA Level 3 Rope Access Supervisor, and designated Technical Authority, Corey Belton serves as the direct link between the company and IRATA. His primary responsibility is ensuring the organisation consistently meets all IRATA international standards and codes of practice.
Corey brings a lifetime of heavy industrial experience to this role, including extensive rope access work within the demanding environment of iron ore mining. This background shapes his uncompromising approach to site safety, which remains his absolute priority on every project.
By combining strict regulatory compliance with decades of practical global field experience, Corey leads teams to deliver complex projects safely, efficiently, and in line with the highest industry benchmarks.

Operations Manager
With over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, Aengus McDonagh brings a strong blend of practical trade knowledge and operational expertise to the team. As a qualified Health & Safety professional and experienced carpenter, he combines hands‑on understanding of site work with robust health and safety leadership.
Aengus is also an IRATA Level 1 Certified Rope Access Technician, with direct experience delivering specialist work‑at‑height solutions safely and efficiently.
His background spans operational management, occupational health and safety, compliance auditing, rope access operations, and team leadership — all driven by a commitment to precision, safety, and reliability on every project.
